Mining / Aggregate

Wheel loaders and mid-size excavators sized for crusher feed rates. We map bucket capacity to belt tonnes-per-hour so the face does not starve the plant — and stock undercarriage kits for abrasive rock.

Road & Highway

Electric compact iron vs diesel Stage V for urban / underground hours

Electric preferred: zero on-site NOx/PM and lower indoor ventilation load — useful for tunnels, hospitals and night shifts with noise caps. Charge planning and battery cycle life become part of the bid.

Diesel Stage V preferred: longer continuous shifts without a charge bay, simpler fuel logistics on remote roads, and proven cold-start behaviour. Total cost of ownership often favours diesel when annual hours exceed ~2,400 and grid access is weak.

Operating envelope limits (read before you order)

  • Telehandlers are not a substitute for certified crane picks above the published load chart — cladding and pallet work only when the chart and ground bearing allow it.
  • Soft-ground flotation packages raise flotation but cut travel speed; they are a poor fit for frequent public-road moves without a low-loader.
  • Battery-electric options need a planned charge window; continuous 24/7 quarry reclaim still defaults to diesel Stage V unless a charge bay is in the tender.
